The product I ordered was delivered on time. But the parcel was empty! I wrote to the Customer Service and made a complaint: I received an email with the information the same day and got my money back. It couldn't have been better or quicker!

I sometimes order clothes and shoes from Mykivana because I'm hardly ever in town. After placing several orders, I can only report positive things; everything works wonderfully, including returns and refunds. The customer service is also friendly and helpful.
