RETURN POLICY

30 day return policy, 5 day processing time for refunds no restocking fee To proceed with a return, please note the following information:

Customer Service: Make your request via info@mykiwana.com and receive further informations.

  • The products must be in their original or new-like condition, including all original labels, tags, and packaging.
  • The returned goods should not show any signs of use.
  • Please include your order number with the returns.(Form)
  • If the products are damaged, please provide photo or video documentation showing the issue.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days of processing your return.

 

Cancellation of orders


It is only possible to cancel your order the same day after placing it (Within 6 hours after placing the Order) . After that Day, our orders are in processing. So it is sadly no longer possible to cancel.
